I first qualified as an Aromatherapy Massage Therapist 18 years ago, and since then I have continued to study and practice a range of Naturopathic Therapies including Thai Traditional Massage, and Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy, which now forms the core of my clinical practice.

Having lived and worked in South East Asia for 8 years during this time, I was fortunate to work alongside several Ayurvedic doctors, and returned to The UK in 2009 inspired and passionate to train as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist to support the health and wellbeing of others.

Rebecca has given me invaluable advice which has helped two of my children with different ailments. When my youngest son was 3 years old he suffered with constipation and was prescribed laxatives by the doctor which helped but only short term then the problem would reoccur. My 12 year old daughter was suffering with headaches and was having some difficulty sleeping. She was prescribed drugs to take daily to prevent the headaches which then only seemed to worsen.
